Limited Operating Window
Cargo readiness and airline cut-off left limited time for pickup, handling and export procedures.

AIR FREIGHT
A time-sensitive air freight shipment requiring fast response, cargo pickup, warehouse handling, export documentation, customs declaration, airline booking and flight monitoring.
The operation was planned backward from the confirmed airline cut-off, allowing each stage to move within one controlled timeline from cargo readiness to airline uplift.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Air freight operates within shorter and more sensitive cut-off windows. Pickup, warehouse receiving, cargo measurement, documentation, customs, security screening and airline acceptance all needed to remain aligned with the confirmed flight schedule.
THE CHALLENGE
Each air cargo milestone had to stay aligned with the confirmed airline cut-off and actual flight status.
Cargo readiness and airline cut-off left limited time for pickup, handling and export procedures.
Final weight and dimensions needed to be verified after warehouse receiving.
Cargo information had to remain consistent across warehouse records, customs data and airline documentation.
Actual airline status required continuous monitoring instead of relying only on the original booking schedule.
OUR SOLUTION
Cargo description, package quantity, weight, dimensions, cargo-ready time and handling requirements were reviewed before flight planning.
Initial Response < 2 HoursFlight options were evaluated against airline capacity, cut-off time, transit arrangement and the required shipping window.
Vehicle arrangement and pickup timing were planned according to cargo readiness and export warehouse receiving time.
72 packages were received and verified, confirming approximately 1,620 KG gross weight, 8.4 CBM and 1,780 KG chargeable weight.
Commercial documents, booking information, customs data and air waybill details were checked against actual shipment information.
Cargo receiving, screening, customs release and airline acceptance were monitored against the flight cut-off.
Scheduled departure, actual uplift, transfer status and arrival information were tracked and consolidated into shipment updates.
PROJECT RESULTS
Reliable air freight is not only about finding the earliest flight. Cargo readiness, pickup, warehouse operations, customs clearance, security screening and airline handling must all work within the same operating window.
